Ha comptat amb la pres\u00e8ncia de cuiners com Santi <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Taura<\/span>, <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Patrick<\/span> James, Ariadna Salvador, Joan Marc Garcies, March <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Fosh<\/span>, <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Javier<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Hoebeeck<\/span> o <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Cati<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Pieras<\/span>. A l&#8217;acte han assistit el batle d&#8217;Inca <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Virgilio<\/span> Moreno i altres membres del consistori.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Miguel<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">\u00c1ngel<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Payeras<\/span>, soci de <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Deacorde<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Agency<\/span> i director de <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Chefs(in<\/span>), i Jes\u00fas <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Cuartero<\/span>, director comercial de <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Transfer<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Class<\/span>, han estat els encarregats de presentar la <em>Guia <\/em>gastron\u00f2mica, que inclou 53 restaurants de Mallorca (36), Menorca (8), Eivissa (3) i Formentera (1), a m\u00e9s de 6 cocteleries.<\/p>\n<p>Per primera vegada entren a formar part de la <em>Guia<\/em> els restaurants de Mallorca Nus (Palma), Laudat (Santany\u00ed) i el restaurant Saba de l&#8217;Hotel <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Kimpton<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Aysla<\/span> (Santa Pon\u00e7a); d&#8217;Eivissa, el restaurant <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Asal<\/span> de l&#8217;<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Ibiza<\/span> Gran Hotel; de Formentera, Quimera i de Menorca, Ca na Pilar (Es Migjorn Gran).
